Eligibility Requirements: To be approved for a Rustic Access membership, you must not have any legal disqualifications that would prohibit you from owning or possessing a firearm under federal law.

Automatic Disqualifications Include:

  • Any Felony Conviction: Regardless of the nature of the crime.

  • Convictions of Violence: This includes both felony and misdemeanor convictions involving domestic violence, assault, or other violent acts.

  • Federal Prohibitions: Any other condition that makes it illegal for you to possess a firearm under 18 U.S.C. § 922 (g) (such as active restraining orders or specific drug-related offenses).

Important Note: These standards apply to all members, regardless of whether you intend to hunt, fish, or camp, and regardless of whether you plan to bring a firearm onto the property.

2. Comprehensive Liability Coverage

Rustic Access provides a Host Protection Insurance policy designed specifically for rural and recreational land use. This covers you against third-party claims for bodily injury or property damage occurring during a booking.

3. The "Leave No Trace" Guarantee

Our community is built on the foundation of stewardship. Guests are contractually obligated to follow your specific land rules. If a guest violates these terms—such as littering, damaging fences, or trespassing outside of boundaries—they are permanently removed from the platform and held financially liable.

4. Secure Payment Processing

No more chasing checks or handling cash at the gate. All payments are processed securely through the platform, with funds deposited directly into your account after the guest arrives.
